3. at the Select Installation method dialog, click on Use a File Installation key, Next
4. at the licensing dialog, click the Do you accept..., Yes radio button, Next
5. at the Provide File Installation Key dialog, click the I have... radio button, enter it in the space provided, click Next
6. at the Enter the full path to the installation folder dialog, keep the default (C:Program FilesMATLAB<version>, where <version> is your MATLAB version such as R2014a), click Next
7. at the Select products to install... dialog, select the components you want but make sure License Manager at the top is deselected, click Next
8. at the Provide license file location dialog, enter the path to where you've copied this locally (ending with ...license.dat), click Next
9. at the Select desired installation options set your preferences and click Next
10. at the confirmation dialog, review your selections (make sure the required disk space is free) and click Install
11. after installation completes, note the information on the Your installation may require... dialog, click Next
12. at the Installation is complete dialog, click Finish

Macintosh

8. at the Provide license file location dialog, enter the path to where you've copied this locally, click Next
9. at the Create symbolic links... dialog, decide if and where to make links to launch scripts, click Next
10. at the confirmation dialog, review your selections (make sure the required disk space is free) and click Install
11. after installation is complete, unmount the iso image:
    1. cd /
    2. umount /cdrom

After installation is complete on all platforms, you can delete the iso file to save space.
